The Youth Work Forum was the first on line community for Youth Workers and others working with young people in Ireland. It started in January 2008 and is run by Youth Workers for Youth Workers. The Youth Work Forum has no affiliation to any youth organisation or funders. It was set up as an on-line meeting space for Youth Workers and others working with young people from Ireland and beyond.

Within the site members can create their own Photo Albums, upload Video, Create your own Blog or Social Group and publish your very own News Articles which is submitted to over 50 different social networking sites to ensure you get your story out to as many readers as possible. From our Forums you can get all the latest news on Training, Employment opportunities and all the latest available Funding/Grants. We have RSS Feeds installed to all these sections so you can send them straight to your blog, website or email address.

The Youth Work Forum belongs to it's Members, it exists as a space mainly for Youth Workers to share experiences and offer support to each other. In the current climate and with youth service funding been hacked it is more important now then ever for youth workers to have a space to engage.
